The rehabilitation and modernization of Kazanlak pumping station is required due to the reconstruction of the water supply system and the sewerage system in the town of Kazanlak.
EL KONTROL is assigned to execute all the activities within this project - from conceptual design solution to putting the site under operation.
Description of activities:
- Elaboration of Conceptual design solution
- Substitution of low- and medium-voltage installations
- Manufacture, supply and installation of SIVACON S8 type-tested panels under SIEMENS license
- Substitution of 20/0,4kV power transformers
- Substitution of outdated pumping aggregates, installation of new ones made by Wilo operating with frequency inverters by ABB
- Supply and installation of ACQ580-01 frequency inverters made by ABB
- Technological connection of the new pumps to the water supply system, in accordance with the approved technological solution
- Elaboration of relay protocols for relay protection
- Programming and integration of new SCADA system for process and energy management.
- Electrical testing and commissioning of the installed equipment
Training of the contracting authority's operational personnel.
