The project is implemented in 110/20kV substation Slaveykov, Burgas.
On the Construction part will be executed earthquake strengthening of the Control building, as well as overall reconstruction of the Control building and the 20kV Indoor Switchgear including construction of drainage system, ventilation installation, plumbing installation, thermal insulation, joinery, and plastering.
For reconstruction of the Indoor Switchgear the existing equipment will be dismantled, and a new 20kV NXAIR switchgear made under Siemens license will be installed. Scope of activities includes further installation of 20/0,4kV Auxiliary transformers, delivery and installation of new 20kV cable lines and extension of the existing ones.
The newly installed switchgear will be connected to the 20kV feeders. The cables to the three existing 110/20kV power transformers and to the new 20/0,4kV Auxiliary transformers will be completely replaced.
On the Secondary switching part, supply and installation of control cables is envisaged.
The project also includes construction of earthing and lightning protection installation, production, supply and installation of electro-metering panels, and setup of SCADA system for remote monitoring and control.
Commissioning of the facilities will be carried out in two main phases. Control tests will be carried out and the 20kV Indoor Switchgear will be put under operational power.
