Project description
Subject of this Project is substitution of existing steam heaters for industrial installations located at LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas AD, with electrical ones. Contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of all the equipment needed for construction of a new heating-tracing installation for over 5000 m pipeline, and putting it into operational use.
Activities
- Dismantle of existing steam heaters;
- Supply of materials needed for erection of the new heat-tracing installation: cable trays, control cables, power cables, heating cables, electrical panels, local explosion-proof control boxes;
- Laying of special heating cables for electrical heat-tracing of technological and C&I equipment;
- Laying and connection of power and control cables;
- Construction of earthing installations;
- Manufacturing, installation and connection of power supply panels;
- Manufacturing, installation and connection of local manual-operated control and signaling panels;
- Integration of heat-tracing control and signalization to the industrial installation DCS system;
- Installing of new insulations;
- Putting of all facilities under operational use
