Project description
Implementation of this project takes place at Stomana Industry metallurgical plant in Pernik.
Activities
- Elaboration of electrical and automation design for Montbard VBM120 production machine.
- Completion of the activities set in the design, as following:
- Manufacturing of power panels equipped with commutation for 22 electric motors, 29 hydraulic distributors SINAMICS G120 160 kW, control unit with programmable controller SIMATIC S7-300 – CPU; control panel with touchscreen, HMI panel and control instrumentation.
- Tests and commissioning of electrical and automation systems of Montbard VBM120 production machine.
