Project for reconstruction and enlargement of 110/20 kV Substation Ardino envisages complete reconstruction of the 110 kV Switchyard – primary and secondary commutation, and reconstruction of the 20 kV indoor Switchgear at the Substation, including earthing installation and lightning protection installation.
EL KONTROL has been assigned implementation of this project as a partner company in DZZD P/ST VN Partnership.
Reconstruction of 20 kV indoor switchgear
- Dismantle of existing 20 kV equipment: circuit breakers, current measuring; transformers, voltage measuring transformers, surge arresters;
- Installation of 20 kV equipment: support insulators, circuit breakers, current measuring transformers, voltage measuring transformers, surge arresters;
- Construction of a busbar system;
- Construction of earthing installation;
- Dismantle of existing control panels;
- Manufacturing, delivery and installation of control relay cabinets;
- Delivery, installation and connection of power and control cables;
- Construction activities in control and relay room and new communication room – construction of cable duct, separation wall, suspended ceiling, internal plasters, flooring, lighting, air-conditioning;
- Construction of lighting system and fire alarm system in 20 kV indoor switchgear.
Reconstruction of 110 kV Switchyard
- Dismantle of steel structures and demolition of concrete structures;
- Dismantle of existing 110 kV equipment: 110/20 kV power transformer, current and voltage transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, surge arresters, support insulators;
- Installation of 110 kV equipment: power transformer 110/20 kV, power circuit breakers, three-phase disconnectors, current and voltage transformers, disconnectors, support insulators, surge arresters;
- Construction of concrete gantry structures, foundations and tables for 110 kV equipment, cable trenches, reinforced concrete platform;
- Construction of concrete base for a 110/20 kV transformer, oil collection tank and oil drainage;
- Construction of earthing installation;
- Construction of busbar system;
- Dismantle and installation of straining insulation chains, branch connection links, aluminum conductor, aluminum terminals;
- Construction of pipe cable ducts- delivery and installation of cable support systems;
- Dismantlе of secondary commutation equipment - auto transfer switch panels, relay protection panels, control cabinets;
- Manufacturing, delivery and installation of control relay cabinets;
- Delivery, installation and connection of power and control cables;
- Construction of drainage and sewerage installation;
- Construction of lighting installation - operational and security lighting;
- Construction of fences - internal and external with an entrance portal;
- Construction of internal concrete roads;
- Control measurements, tests and commissioning of the installed systems and equipment.
