The Yasna Polyana Drinking Water Treatment Plant (DWTP) was built at the Yasna Polyana Dam located in the Municipality of Primorsko. The dam serves as one of the main water sources of the Burgas water supply system.
The technical solution of the project for reconstruction the Filtering and Pumping Station of the Yasna Polyana DWTP envisages implementation of a pumping station for settled water, self-washing filters and a pumping station for treated water.
EL KONTROL is awarded execution of the following activities:
- Manufacture, supply and installation of distribution panels, control panels and panels with frequency regulators.
- Integration of medium voltage and low voltage frequency inverters to regulate the speed of the pumps. The regulators are 560kW and 37 kW, manufactured by Danfoss.
- Supply and installation of control instrumentation - sensors for level, flow and pressure.
- Programming and commissioning of PLC and HMI software. The automated control system for the pumps and valves provides:
- maintenance of set level in settled and treated water tanks;
- even distribution of motor hours of installed pumps;
- automatic switching of pumps in emergency situations.
- Construction of lightning protection installation, earthing installation and lighting installation.
- Supply and installation of cables.
