THE MANAGEMENT POLICY OF EL KONTROL OOD IS RELATED TO THE MANAGEMENT'S VISION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANISATION IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND SITES (ELEMENTS), INCLUDING RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE. REPAIR WORKS AT POWER CONSTRUCTION SITES. MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRICAL PANELS. TRADE IN ELECTRICAL MATERIALS. INSPECTION BODY OF C-TYPE, WITH QUALITY TO MEET THE INCREASING DEMANDS OF CUSTOMERS WITH CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE PERSONNEL AND ALL PARTIES CONCERNED.
For the effective implementation of the MANAGEMENT POLICY, the Management has set the following main goals:
- Satisfy current and future requirements of customers and other parties concerned, continuously improve in terms of meeting the requirements and expectations of customers/ parties concerned;
- Enhance the quality and expand the scope of services rendered;
- Efficient use of material, human and financial resources;
- Optimization of technological processes by adopting new technologies and equipment to increase economic impact, reduce and prevent pollution from its operations and improve working conditions;
- Implementing a systematic approach to maintain the training and qualification of employees, including to maintain their health and safety, and to increase their personal responsibility to protect the environment;
- Motivation of all employees to improve their daily work, personal responsibility for environmental protection and awareness of the commitment of EL KONTROL OOD to prevent and avoid pollution caused by its activities and fulfill the obligations for environmental protection, including prevention of pollution and other specific commitments related to the context of the Organization;
- Maintaining and continuously developing the leadership qualities of the Management;
- Planning activities and reviewing working conditions with care for employees to continuously improve the management of health and safety in the Organization;
- Avoiding injuries by minimising and effectively managing risks to the health and safety of staff and other parties concerned;
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements that the Organization has set for itself through planned events to continuously inform about requirements of applicable legislation and assess compliance with occupational and environmental health and safety requirements;
- Continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System implemented and maintained to improve environmental and quality performance.
The management of EL KONTROL OOD has ensured conditions for strict compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System in the Organization and for the active cooperation of the management and executive staff in its development.
