On 29 May 2024, EL KONTROL hosted a round table on "The Voice of the Bulgarian Electrical Industry".
The conference brought together companies from the electrical industry, specialists from the investment department of the Municipality of Stara Zagora, NGOs, teachers from the Thracian University and directors of educational institutions training specialists with technical profile.
Topics discussed included the current development of the electricity sector, the partnership between business and educational institutions, and the need for quantum encryption specialists in the near future.
The conference was organized by the Bulgarian Association of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BASEL), the Quasar Competence Centre at the Institute of Robotics at BAS and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Stara Zagora in partnership with the Centre for Testing and European Certification (CEC).
