Project description
400/220/110 kV Substation Mizia is located in Pleven District. Its reconstruction has become necessary due to aging of the existing 400 kV, 220 kV и 110 kV equipment. The facilities were dismantled and substituted with new ones, and the adjacent concrete and steel structures were also reconstructed.
For implementation of this project EL KONTROL participated in Consortium ELCORECT 2012, together with the Companies Etra-EL – Veliko Tarnovo, and Elstiv-Engineering – Pleven.
Activities
- Reconstruction of 400 kV Switchyard
- Dismantle of existing 400 kV equipment, dismantle of steel structures and demolishing of concrete foundations;
- Construction of concrete foundations and cable shafts;
- Primary commutation activities installation of 400 kV equipment – circuit breakers, disconnectors, current measuring transformers, voltage transformers, surge arresters;
- Mounting of steel structures;
- Reconstruction of cable trenches, construction of a new piping network;
- Laying and connection of power and control cables;
- Reconstruction of existing roads and extension of existing road deviations;
- Construction of earthing installation;
- Construction of lighting installation;
- Commissioning works.
